01 / ABOUT

Built to adapt. Trained to lead.

I was born in New York City and grew up on Air Force bases across Europe — my mother served in the Air Force and my father supported the military as a contractor. Moving every few years meant constantly starting over. It taught me early what many people learn late: how to adapt fast, earn trust quickly, and work with people from every background.

I followed the family tradition into service. In the U.S. Army I worked as a radiologic technologist and grew into team leader, department supervisor, instructor and program manager, alongside some of the finest leaders I've known. Business had always pulled at me, so after the Army I earned my MBA and brought that military discipline into the corporate world.

Since then I've led from inside very different organizations — as an implementation consultant, business analyst, pharmacy solutions manager, operations manager and, most recently, Senior Manager of a 47-person UAT department at CVS Health. Each role showed me another side of how companies, systems and teams really work.

The military taught me people. Business taught me systems. Testing taught me how to find what's broken. I bring all three to every team I lead.

On a personal note
Outside of work, these are the things I'm passionate about.
Traveling
38 countries and counting. I love exploring new places, learning new cultures and working with people from every background.
Fire spinning
A hobby I picked up while living in Hawaii. Yes, really — ask me about it.
Puzzles & escape rooms
Strategy games, puzzles, escape rooms. Solving complex problems is in my nature.
Developing leaders
Teaching, coaching and mentoring — I love helping new leaders grow into the role.

03 / HOW I LEAD

What I bring to a team.

01

Leaders who build leaders

I lead through my team leads — coaching them, growing them and building a bench that runs well without me in the room.

02

Agile delivery

Roadmaps, resource plans and Agile ways of working that make delivery predictable — on time and within budget.

03

Quality at scale

UAT strategy, test planning and release readiness for a 47-person testing organization in a regulated industry.

04

Stakeholder alignment

The bridge between developers, product owners, project managers and the business — so everyone ships the same thing.

05

Process & change

Designing new processes, optimizing old ones and leading people through change rather than around it.

06

Culture of trust

Teams that tell the truth early, help each other and own outcomes together — the foundation everything else stands on.

Root Access

The Conscious Self-Programming Guide

How to Debug the Programs Running Your Life and Rewrite Who You Are on Purpose

You're running code you never wrote. Beliefs, habits and reactions were installed by childhood, culture and experience, and they execute quietly in the background, shaping every decision you make. Root Access gives you administrator rights to your own mind: the awareness to see what's running, and the control to change it.

It starts with one model, the Stack, and one idea: you are not your code. You're the administrator. From there, three phases:

> shut_down
Quiet the System
You can't debug a system that never stops running. Enter Safe Mode and read your emotions as error logs.
> debug
Find the Root Cause
Trace the legacy code, run the five whys and write honest bug reports on the patterns holding you back.
> rewrite
Write the New Code
Write new programs as if-then scripts, test them in two-week sprints and deploy them into your real life.
Includes Source Code: The Root Access Workbook. 62 fillable pages of exercises for every chapter, ending with Your Source Code, a one-page map of the system you've built.
